• Please allow 3–7 business days for your order to be prepared before shipping.

• During peak seasons (winter and holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

• Standard U.S. delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after your order has shipped.

• Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.

Order Tracking

• Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

• Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Locations

• We currently ship within the United States.

• If you are outside the U.S. and interested in ordering, please contact us — we may be able to accommodate special requests.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

• Once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery times and handling are outside of our control.

• If your package is lost or delayed, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.

• If your item arrives damaged, email us within 7 days with photos so we can assist you.
